Best part? They are cheap and easy to make! Learn how to make them below.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Pool Noodle
  • Plastic Hair Bands
  • Tealight Candles
  • Scissors
  • Plastic Wrap

The How-To:

Step One: Take one end of the pool noodles and make a 1/2 inch incision vertically using the scissors.

Step Two: At the bottom of the first incision cut, cut around the noodle evenly to make a mini-pool ring.

Step Three: Repeat this until you have made all the pool luminaries you wish to create!

Step Four: Take a tealight candle and wrap a small piece of plastic wrap around the bottom and the sides. Then, use a plastic hairband to keep it in place.

Step Five: Put the candle wrapped in plastic inside the pool ring. The pool ring should tightly hold the tealight candle in place. Repeat for all the pool luminaries you are wanting to make!

Step 6: Take your pool luminaries out a night and switch the tealight candles on and let them float!
