- 2 1/4 tsp (one package) instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter, melted & slightly cooled
- 1 egg, room temperature
- Cornmeal for dusting
