Roasted Banana & Cinnamon Baby Food

Ingredients:
  • Bananas
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Slice bananas in half long-ways and place onto a lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
  3. Blend the roasted bananas and a dash of cinnamon together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Baby Carrots & Nutmeg Baby Food

Ingredients:
  • Baby Carrots
  • Nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Boil baby carrots over the stovetop until soft and then drain.
  2. Blend the carrots and a dash of nutmeg together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Apple Spice Baby Food

Ingredients:
  • Apple
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop up an apple.
  2. Cook the apple pieces down in a skillet over the stovetop until soft. You can add in 1/4 cup of water as needed to cook them down.
  3. Blend the apples and a dash of cinnamon together in a blender or food processor.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Green Peas & Mint Baby Food

Ingredients:
  • Green Peas
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions:

  1. Add a small amount of olive oil into a skillet and cook the green peas over a stove top until soft.
  2. Blend the green peas and a piece of mint together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
