Roasted Banana & Cinnamon Baby Food
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Slice bananas in half long-ways and place onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Blend the roasted bananas and a dash of cinnamon together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Baby Carrots & Nutmeg Baby Food
Ingredients:
- Baby Carrots
- Nutmeg
Instructions:
- Boil baby carrots over the stovetop until soft and then drain.
- Blend the carrots and a dash of nutmeg together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Apple Spice Baby Food
Ingredients:
- Apple
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Peel and chop up an apple.
- Cook the apple pieces down in a skillet over the stovetop until soft. You can add in 1/4 cup of water as needed to cook them down.
- Blend the apples and a dash of cinnamon together in a blender or food processor.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Green Peas & Mint Baby Food
Ingredients:
- Green Peas
- Fresh Mint
Instructions:
- Add a small amount of olive oil into a skillet and cook the green peas over a stove top until soft.
- Blend the green peas and a piece of mint together in a blender or food processor. Add in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
